Refund Policy

Introduction

At Diamond Herbal, we value your trust and satisfaction. We ensure every product is packed with care and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue, our Refund & Return Policy below will guide you.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is physically damaged upon delivery.
  • Defective Product: If the product received is leaking, broken, expired, or not usable.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order.

If any of the above issues occur, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, including labels, seal, and invoice.
  • Customers must provide photo/video proof of the issue.
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene, we DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special clearance/sale
  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking etc.)
  • Refund may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway
  • You will be notified once refund is initiated
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be provided via:
    • Bank transfer
    • UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)
5. Replacement Process

If you request replacement instead of refund:

  • A new product will be shipped after verification
  • Replacement will be sent only for the same product ordered
  • In rare cases where the product is out of stock, you may choose refund or another available product
6. Cancellation Policy
  • Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Cancellation by Diamond Herbal: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
    • Payment issues
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Unavailable stock
    • Incorrect address
    In such cases, 100% refund will be issued.
7. How to Request a Refund or Return

To raise a return or refund request, contact us within 48 hours:
